This website presents the research and teaching activities we conduct at the Boabeng Fiema Monkey Sanctuary in Ghana. Our research work has concentrated on the behavioural ecology of the black and white colobus that inhabits this forest, Colobus vellerosus. Since 2011 we have run a  primatology fieldschool at BFMS where the students work with the colobus and also with the campbells’ monkeys (Cercopithecus campbelli lowei) at the site.
