I came into the field of anthropology via my fascination of lemurs. I have completed field work in the southeastern forests of Madagascar working with the greater bamboo lemur through the Madagascar Biodiversity Partnership. I have also worked on looking at seasonal aggression within black-and-white ruffed lemurs. For my future research, I am interested in studying the biodiversity of different wildlife, especially lemurs, in different forest environments of Madagascar. I also am interested in combining technology with conservation, so for future projects I am hoping to include the use of camera trapping, remote sensing, GIS, etc.
